Pricing
Tutoring sessions are priced by the hour; we don't offer packages or require that students commit to a minimum number of sessions. Rates vary by tutor.

Billing
We generate invoices and process payments monthly in most cases. We accept payment via credit card, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or check. To inquire about alternative billing arrangements, email info@wheelhouselearning.com.
Scheduling & Cancellations
When we schedule a weekly appointment, we hold the same time every week for each student unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us early to secure a weekly meeting time that fits your child’s schedule.
To maintain scheduling flexibility for all of our students, we require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or scheduling adjustments. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the session. Wheelhouse Learning reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis. Factors that will be taken into consideration include, but are not limited to, the following: documentation of illness or emergency; advance notice provided by the client; history of attendance and adherence to the cancellation policy; and efforts to reschedule the cancelled session. Independent of the reason for cancellation, no-shows and cancellations made within one hour of the scheduled session start time will be subject to a fee equivalent to the cost of the session. Client accepts responsibility for all cancellation or scheduling decisions made by the student. While we make every effort to accommodate requests for make-up sessions, we cannot guarantee that a slot will be available.
